Pre-Event Onboarding: A required planning team meeting before the block party (date and time TBD—will be scheduled based on volunteer availability and advance communication)
Help Power Two Key Program Areas
Music Activation: Assist with stage setup, artist liaison, sound coordination, and helping keep the music flowing smoothly across two live stages.
Community Programming at Durham County Main Library: Support free family-oriented workshops and community experiences taking place earlier the same morning—serving as guides, set-up crew, performance ushers, or friendly neighborhood hosts.
